Early Life and Education

Brady was born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 26, 1988. He spent much of his childhood near the water, especially around Siesta Key and Sarasota Bay. Fishing became an early interest, beginning with saltwater fishing and later growing into freshwater fishing. He also developed skills in bass fishing and explored fly fishing during a trip to the Sierra Nevada, where he searched for trout.

He attended Pine View School for the Gifted and was elected Class President in 2004. After graduating in 2006, he attended the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior in 2010. During his college years, he held leadership roles in his fraternity, Student Government Productions, and Florida Blue Key.

Brady continued his studies at the University of Florida’s College of Public Health and Health Professions. He earned a Master of Health Administration in 2012. While in graduate school, he served as Treasurer of the Health Administration Student Association. His education helped build a foundation in healthcare operations, leadership, quality improvement, and organizational management.

Early Career

His professional path began with an administrative fellowship at a medical center in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, he worked on executive-level projects and supported departments related to patient experience, customer service, and communication. This position gave him early experience with hospital systems and the importance of clear coordination between departments.

In 2013, Brady returned to Sarasota and earned Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He then led a process improvement project at a local hospital, where he helped improve workflows and support more efficient operations. This experience helped shape his practical approach to healthcare improvement.

Later in 2013, he relocated to Chattanooga, Tennessee, and joined a healthcare system’s performance excellence team. His work included process improvement projects across several facilities. He supported areas such as surgical services, charge capture, and patient flow. These projects helped improve daily operations and supported better teamwork across departments.

Physician Practice Management

In 2016, he accepted a Practice Manager role with a physician services group in Snellville, Georgia. He managed several practice areas, including neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care. His responsibilities included daily operations, financial performance, staffing, provider support, and workflow improvement.

In 2019, he was selected for a leadership academy within the organization. This experience helped him continue developing his skills in communication, planning, accountability, and team leadership.

Brady Beitlich made meaningful contributions during his eight years in physician practice management. He helped oversee the remodel and launch of a neurosurgery outpatient practice in Chattanooga. The project supported the growth of specialty services connected to a local medical center. Under his management, the practice regularly exceeded EBITDA goals and reached about $3.6 million in annual net charges.

He also helped improve operations in pulmonology and endocrinology practices. His work included updates to coding, billing, documentation, and provider workflows. These changes supported better productivity and improved reimbursement. The service lines he managed reached about $2.9 million in combined annual revenue.

Team engagement was also an important part of his leadership. He worked to improve communication, clarify roles, and align team goals with organizational priorities. These efforts helped raise employee engagement scores from the 76th percentile to the 93rd percentile in one year. Voluntary staff turnover also dropped to zero during that time.

Marketing Leadership

In November 2024, he became Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga. In this role, he focused on referral development, patient growth, and outreach within the healthcare community. He worked with local and regional partners to strengthen referral relationships and support the practice’s market position.

Brady also helped manage the marketing budget and develop plans to increase new-patient referrals and visits. His work included marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and outreach efforts. These efforts helped improve visibility and strengthen communication with patients, providers, and community partners.

Professional Affiliations

He has stayed connected to healthcare leadership through professional organizations and continued education. He was a founding member and Secretary of the Greater Gwinnett Medical Group Management Association from 2018 to 2021. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Community Involvement

His service has continued outside his professional work. During college, he volunteered with a healthcare-related family support organization. More recently, he has helped prepare and serve meals for people experiencing homelessness through a Chattanooga ministry.
